8upd Terms and Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on the 8upd platform, users must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit minors from participating in any gambling or betting activities and follow a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

1.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must meet the following requirements:

• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• If any information provided at registration changes, it must be updated immediately.
• Using another person's information on your account is strictly prohibited.
• The user must be permitted to participate in online gaming under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8upd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Government-issued ID, bank statements, or other relevant documents may be requested for verification. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.1 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Multiple Account Prohibition

A user may not create more than one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Inactivity

An account will be considered inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed automatically.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. There may be a slight delay depending on the banking method and network.

The following conditions must be met when making a withdrawal:

• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method.
• KYC verification on the account must be complete.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• If any bonus is active, its terms and conditions must be met.

3.4 Transaction Verification

8upd reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may request additional verification documents if necessary. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, we will fulfil our legal obligation to notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means that if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing. 4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Each bonus has a set validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once the period expires.
• 8upd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through fraudulent or unusual means, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

The 8upd VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and loyalty. Cashback is calculated individually for each user.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

8upd ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. Our games are developed and tested by certified game providers. We use SSL encryption and advanced security measures to ensure fair play.

5.2 Validity of Game Results

Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG). A game result may be considered void due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, notify us through the support team and we will investigate and communicate a decision.

5.3 Software Use Terms

• Using any software or bots that could influence game results is strictly prohibited.

• Operating multiple accounts using the same payment method.
• Creating unusual betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, or if there is reasonable suspicion of such involvement, 8upd reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances. 8upd may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

For a suspended account, balance withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.

9.1 Service Continuity

8upd strives to provide uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. 8upd is not responsible for any losses caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Content
